Responding to a Global Pandemic

Flexport.org shipped over 6.5 million lbs of aid to 40 countries for 74 humanitarian and healthcare organizations, providing lifesaving support to more than 100 million people in need. These shipments included items such as emergency medical equipment (PPE, syringes, needles, sanitation supplies), personal care items (food, soap, and diapers), and medical-grade refrigerators for vaccines.

These Flexport.org Fund supported carbon-neutral shipments helped offset 8,675 metric tons of CO2 emissions to help protect our planet.

Supply Chain Stability Saves Lives

International Medical Corps (IMC), a premier first-responder that constantly replenishes medical supplies and site equipment, requires a flexible and agile supply chain. The company leveraged the Flexport.org Fund along with our logistics and technology platform, to ship more, faster.

“Ultimately, Flexport gives us the assurance and stability to help us save lives… You can’t do much better than that.”

Todd Bernhardt, Director of Global Communications, IMC
